He was not able to finish the job that evening due to requiring a new basin tap, he offered to leave it capped off so I could get someone else to fit it, but I preferred for him to do it, so he returned the next day with a new tap and completed the job. The work was well done and at what seemed a fair price given the emergency call out and needing to drive out again the next day.
